We’re doing them a favour
We’re giving them our labour
We’re doing them a favour
We’re giving our labour
My pillow is a bio-pic
I’ve been tricked & I’m deep in debt
Tossed into a firepit
A fossil of human shit
Years turned into nothing quick
How many times have I fucking quit?
All these days are just nothingness
Collect dust & then rest in piss
There must be more there must be more
Than the bible & a company store
There must be more must be more
What are we looking for?
There must be more there must be more
Than the bible & a company store
There must be more must be more
What are we looking for?
I’m ashamed of where I work at
Front line sponge taking all the bull crap
They play a game, that’s where you work at
Without us they don’t build big big stacks
Standing on our broken backs & they dance in the glass
You don’t own your own home or your car or your grass
You better think fast, the systems been cast the future has passed
While we sit on our ass
They are taking advantage of us
Take all our time & damage our trust
You could feel it in your guts
The sadness is too much to handle it’s fucked
We’re owned by that guy who owns Facebook it sucks
No piece of the pie there’s not even a crust
Bust our butt & slop in some sludge
Feed our family & get crushed to dust
These politicians don’t know dick not much
This world is so cold, mushed up
Barked at by our boss, bird brain
Nah, none of this is sane
If you’re poor, if you’re poor
Then there’s nothing to gain
We will never get more
We will always be poor
Have to take a different door
We will always be poor
I think this might be the hardest album Buck 65 has ever made. Not an ounce of fat on it. Every single thing about it is dope. But then every single thing about King of Drums and Super Dope is dope too. Still this might be my favourite of the bunch. I'm just happy Buck is back and making all this dope ass hip hop for us. Arrrgghh it makes me so happy. beatjesus
