Wordsmith painting vivid pictures and spinning epic yarns over dope beats. What's not to love? Iowanna is hella catchy and Carp Diem must be listened to with headphones to really appreciate the mastery of bigmcenroe on the beats. Quite a soundscape on that one. A bit of the beat reminds of 3-Minute Rule by Beastie Boys. And this all slayed live at the Beer Can.
Favorite track: Iowanna.
Indie rap luminary Bazooka Joe 204 is back, detailing a life well-wasted in Winnipeg’s drinking holes and dark alleys, one bare-knuckled bar at a time. New album Prairie Nilsson, Bazooka Joe’s 8th solo offering, features the veteran storytelling MC leveraging tales of lost payday weekends, agoraphobic apathy, and middle-aged rap regrets into raucous, but unsparing explorations of class, addiction, and privilege. Legendary producer bigmcenroe’s timeless, layered, music box boom bap provides a banging backdrop for Joe’s authoritative delivery, clever hooks, and deft technical touch.

Cannot express how special it is to have Buck back. What a piece to come back with too.
Since you've been gone, I've driven a car into the depths of the Jordanian Wadi Rum desert listening to Hymnpeace. That's a thing that happened. choreogeo1
